Now that the chronic fatigue has moved on, my back problem has decided to flare up. It never ends!

Take care of yourself!Rob Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04741955202727936194noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10214458.post-20604728286489018742012-10-19T15:42:25.190-07:002012-10-19T15:42:25.190-07:00Aaah, I feel for you. Any type of chronic fatigue...Aaah, I feel for you. Any type of chronic fatigue is a hideous thing to battle - it's like the hydra, it has many heads and no sooner do you cut one off than two grow in its place, it seems.

Since I have fibromyalgia, I can identify to some extent. I'm in a flare at the moment brought on by the holiday (now there's irony for you!) and the ghastly journey home which ended with me getting checked out in a run down hospital casualty (A & E) for a possible DVT - which fortunately was ruled out. After nearly 30 hours without sleep or enough to eat, I felt punch-drunk and ill and my body is rebelling in spades and is aching and sore.

I hope this 'episode' passes quickly for you. All I can advise from my experience is don't try to push yourself though it, it never works. Take it easy and be kind to yourself and remember that a dose of depression comes with the territory.

Feel better soon!Jay at The Depp Effecthttp://www.thedeppeffect.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10214458.post-43501912863946784872012-10-15T05:43:14.223-07:002012-10-15T05:43:14.223-07:00Oh, thanks, Ron, you're the best! Your support really means a lot at a time like this.

New layout still needs work, which I'll take care of as soon as I am healed. Take care, buddy!Rob Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04741955202727936194noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10214458.post-75029415287748127832012-10-14T20:02:23.798-07:002012-10-14T20:02:23.798-07:00Okay, first I have to say that I LOVE your new blo...Okay, first I have to say that I LOVE your new blog digs. VERY nice, Rob! I really like the color layout!

Second, I'm so sorry to hear about your re-bout with chronic fatigue. I have a friend in Florida who suffers with that and I know it's not easy because not only is it physically taxing, but also emotionally. It's like you feel depressed because your body feels fatigued.

However, I am SO glad to hear you're feeling better. God, I wish I lived closer because I would be more than happy to share some Reiki and Reflexology with you.

It's so tough going through shit like this so don't feel at all guilty about voicing your emotions because I think it helps to vent.

Thirdly, this post (even though you might be in pain) was VERY funny! OMG...you had me cracking up about the guy on the subway giving a sermon! Isn't it funny the stuff we see living in a city? I see the same crazy stuff in Philly!

Anyway, sending you much 'good energy' and healing thoughts for a speeding recovery, buddy!

Have a great week!

P.S. love the photos you used in this post!

Ronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15977027331657615697noreply@blogger.com
