Film was my minor at Hunter and I've taken film courses over the years...now all I have to do is make a film!

"Dog Day Afternoon" is a great choice. That movie was incredible. In fact, it's been a while since I've seen it...

Take care!Rob Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04741955202727936194noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10214458.post-24975170398042143432011-04-10T20:49:12.669-07:002011-04-10T20:49:12.669-07:00I had no idea you went to film school, Rob!?
How ...I had no idea you went to film school, Rob!?

How cool!

OMG, Lumet was one of my favorite directors. I love his films!

"Lumet’s films were always so powerful, mercifully lacking in all the film school trickery that may look good on the screen but doesn’t advance the story or expand the characters one inch."

I totally agree! His films have a rawness to them, which for me, adds a realness!

If I had to choose one, I think it would be Dog Day Afternoon. I can't tell you how many times I will re-rent that film and enjoy it just as much as seeing it for the first time. Not only did I love Pacino in it, but also Chris Sarandon. He was brilliant!Ronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15977027331657615697noreply@blogger.com
