But it can be difficult to break thought patterns that have been years in the making.

It's a worthy project, though, so let's see how well we both handle it!

Take care, buddy!Rob Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04741955202727936194noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10214458.post-71296311027434149622015-08-10T06:55:40.332-07:002015-08-10T06:55:40.332-07:00"I shut down the primary response, give mysel..."I shut down the primary response, give myself a laugh, and didn’t go bananas. It felt good to keep my shirt on."

Rob, what a BRILLIANT ending!!!!!!

And I have to admit that I too have been quite guilty of these same responses. I seem to respond this way especially when people are in my way and slowing me down in doing what I need to do. And yet, who am I to think that what I'm doing is more important than what someone else is doing?

I think it's AWESOME that you're looking at things differently by taking a moment before responding and then changing your outlook.

And thank you! Because you've reminded me to do the same thing.

Have a super week, buddy!

Ronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15977027331657615697noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10214458.post-26909182201218288002015-08-10T06:22:57.728-07:002015-08-10T06:22:57.728-07:00@Bijoux--I think we all go through those moments, ...@Bijoux--I think we all go through those moments, especially in this harried, overcrowded world. We all want to have a little space.

It's difficult to not get defensive in tight situations, but the reward is a much better outlook on life. It seems to help me release what is inside of me in a way that wont hurt others. Has worked pretty well so far :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10214458.post-67399410174460569472015-08-10T04:24:03.621-07:002015-08-10T04:24:03.621-07:00Clever ending! I constantly think people are purposefully rude, when they are probably oblivious to what I'm seeing or feeling. It's hard to get over that mindset!Bijouxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05788630004051883635noreply@blogger.com
